1 Senior Project Officer (Governance)

Qualifications:

•  willing to be assigned in Cotabato City with DOH ARMM; or other locations by agreement

•  loves to travel

•  graduate qualifications in the field of health management, management, governance or health administration e.g. MBA, MHA

•  with high level communication skills

•  must be proficient in written and verbal English communication

•  with high level computer skills in general office applications

•  With minimum of 5 years experience in at a mid to senior level

•  with minimum of 3 years experience in the development projects preferably in the health sector

•  with experience in the support or installation of governance, finance, and other management systems

•  must have local knowledge of Mindanao and prominent languages spoken in Mindanao

1 Senior Project Officer (Health Systems)

Qualifications:

•  willing to be assigned in Davao City or Cotabato City with DOH ARMM; or other locations by agreement

•  loves to travel

•  Graduate qualifications in the field of health services, e.g. MPH, MHA with undergraduate qualifications in a recognized health discipline ( Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Environmental Health etc.)

•  with high level communication skills

•  must be proficient in written and verbal English communication

•  with high level computer skills in general office applications

•  with minimum of 5 years experience in the public health care system at a mid to senior level

•  with minimum 3 years experience in the development projects in health care

•  with experience in the support or installation of health systems including: health information systems, clinical referral systems; revolving drug fund systems; health planning ( unit level to provincial level); and health quality assurance

•  must have local knowledge of Mindanao and prominent languages spoken in Mindanao

5 Local Reform Implementation Coordinators/Program Officers

Qualifications:

•  willing to be assigned in Cotabato City with DOH ARMM;Based in the implementation Provinces by agreement

•  loves to travel

•  Must be a graduate from Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Public Administration, Health Finance, & Health Management, management & Finance

•  with high level communication skills

•  must be proficient in written and verbal English communication

•  with high level computer skills in general office applications

•  With minimum of 3 yrs. experience in the public health care system at a mid to senior level

•  with experience in the support or installation of one or more health systems including; health information systems, health finance, clinical referral systems; revolving drug fund systems; health planning ( unit level to provincial level); and health quality assurance

•  knowledgeable in monitoring and evaluating bilateral or multilateral donor assisted programs

•  must have local knowledge of Mindanao and prominent languages spoken in Mindanao
